WHO ARE YOU LOOKING AT?

 

 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;  

Hebrews 12:2a KJV

 

Who are you looking at in this Christian journey? What are you looking at as you are running this heavenly race?  

The answer to these questions determines your Christian progress.  

 

The scripture says that we should look unto Jesus because He is the author and finisher of our faith. This is the capstone of our Christianity.   

Without faith, there's no Christianity. 

 

Looking unto Jesus is looking at the Word of God. Jesus is the Word. It is faith in the Word and a focus on the power of God, the greatness and the wonders of God.   

 

Looking unto Jesus is the consciousness of His presence in your life.  

It is being *God inside minded* which enables you to be guided in your daily affairs.  

 

Looking at this divine personality inside you serves as a check in your life and helps you to be truthful and honest in serving God and man. It keeps you away from hypocritical life and makes you to stand out, maintaining your integrity as a child of God.
