WHEN GOD DOES THE IMPOSSIBLE, EVEN IRON FLOATS
WHEN GOD DOES THE IMPOSSIBLE, EVEN IRON FLOATS
Have you ever lost something you couldn’t replace?
An opportunity. A calling. A blessing that wasn’t even yours to lose.
In 2 Kings 6, a prophet was working faithfully when disaster struck. His borrowed axe head slipped off and sank into the river. Iron doesn’t float. There was no backup plan. No way to fix it.
All he could do was cry out.
And that’s when God stepped in.
Elisha threw a simple stick into the water — and the impossible happened. The iron rose to the surface. What was lost was restored. What was heavy was lifted.
This is your reminder today:
God specializes in restoring what feels gone forever.
What’s sunk too deep for you is never too deep for Him.
If your faith feels heavy… if your hope feels drowned… cry out.
God can still make iron float. 🙌
📖 “Then the man of God said, ‘Throw it into the water.’ So he threw it in, and the iron floated.” — 2 Kings 6:6
