WHO SENT FIERY SERPENTS INTO THE CAMP OF ISRAEL WHEN THEY SINNED?

WHO SENT FIERY SERPENTS INTO THE CAMP OF ISRAEL WHEN THEY SINNED?

This Question will also make us Question who asked Moses to Raise Up the Bronze Serpent.

The Mystery of the Bronze Serpent is the Very Foundation of the Gospel we Preached Today

This is the Mystery that Brought about John 3:16 in the Gospels.

Jesus Began the Gospel by Making Emphatic Reference to what Moses Did in the Wilderness Raising Up the Bronze Serpent.

He said;

John 3:14
"And AS MOSES LIFTED UP THE SERPENT in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up"

How Did Moses Lift up the Serpent?
On a Stake!

Jesus Said in the way, He will be Lifted Up on a Stake (Cross).

Which means Moses's Serpent was actually of a Type of Christ.

As the Serpent was to Israel, So is Jesus to Humanity.

But that's Not even the Revelation Here!

The Revelation Here is that, Why Was the Bronze Serpent Raised Up?

The Bible said;

Numbers 21:5-6
"And the people SPAKE AGAINST GOD, and against Moses... And THE LORD SENT FIERY SERPENTS among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died"

So it was Because the People Spoke against God and Fiery Serpents were sent into their Camps By God.

They Defied the very First Law of the 10 commandments by Dishonoring the Name of the Lord.

And then, they Repented and God Instructed Moses to Raise a Bigger Serpent Of Brass on a Pole so that When they See it, they will be Healed.

But Jesus Came to Tell us the Truth of all that Happened in the Shadows.

Jesus said;

John 3:14-17
[14]And AS MOSES LIFTED UP THE SERPENT IN THE WILDERNESS, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

[15]That WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, but have eternal life.

[16]For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, but have everlasting life.

[17]For GOD SENT NOT HIS SON INTO THE WORLD TO CONDEMN THE WORLD; but that the world through him might be saved.

Remember, Jesus was Talking to A Doctor, a Professor of the Law, Who has For a Long time Believed that the Fiery Serpents were Sent by God to Destroy the Israelites and then God Sent Moses again to Raise a Serpent to Heal them.

But Jesus Told Nicodemus!

That It was God the Father Himself that Inspired Moses to to Make the Bronze Serpent BECAUSE HE LOVED THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL and Doesn't want them to Get Destroyed because of their sin.

That's why Jesus Quoted John 3:16.

Jesus Further Told Nicodemus that It wasn't God who sent the Fiery Serpents into the Camp of Israel to Destroy them for their Sins.

That's why He Quoted John 3:17

"For God hath not sent his son into the Word to Condemn the World but that the World through Him might be Saved from their Condemnation"

Which means "God hath not Sent the Fiery Serpents which came to Destroy the Israelites, But that the Israelites through the Big Fiery Serpent (Bronze) Might be saved"

Jesus beyond Preaching to Nicodemus, He Was also Trying to Clarify Characters in the Scriptures.

Jesus Intentionally Used "SO LOVE" the Aramaic Words (Jesus' Language) are "Achb Alaha l'alma".

The "So Love" in this Context a Language Expression of One Who CANNOT be Offended.

Which Means Israel Speaking against God Didn't Offend God. It Rather Offended other beings and Moses Himself.

These other Beings are the ANGELS In charge of Israel! These other Beings are Always Referred to as "God/Lord" in the Scriptures.

God Wasn't Angry with Israel, Instead He was Walking with them In Shadows. Jesus was Present with them but they Couldn't See him.

Each time the Angelic Beings Punish them, Jesus Opens Up a way out for them in many Places in the Scriptures.

Jesus Told Nicodemus Just as they (Israelites) Look Unto the Bronze Serpent and they were Saved,

In the Same way, Believing in the Son that was Hanged on the Cross brings Eternal Salvation to Man.

The "Looking Up" is Actually "Believing"
