𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐒 𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐆𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔

God did not create us all the same, and that is beautiful. He gives each of us different gifts, talents, and opportunities

not for our own glory, but for His.

“As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” 

~ 1 Peter 4:10 📖

God is not asking you to have someone else’s gift. He is asking you to be faithful with the gift He has entrusted to you.

If you have a beautiful voice, sing for Him.

If you have the gift of speaking, proclaim His truth.

If you are blessed with wisdom, teach and encourage others.

If God has given you the gift of healing, use it to bring comfort to those who are suffering and, through His grace, be an instrument of His healing.

If God has blessed you financially, be generous to those who are truly in need.

If you are hardworking, serve the Church faithfully and wholeheartedly, just as Martha served our Lord with love (Luke 10:38–42).

If you have time, visit the lonely, comfort the brokenhearted, pray for the suffering, and be present for those who need hope.

It has never been only about money. God also looks at your time, your compassion, your prayers, your obedience, your love, and your willingness to serve.

The size of your gift is not what matters. Your faithfulness is.

Jesus said:

“To one he gave five talents; to another, two; to a third, one, to each according to his ability.” 

~ Matthew 25:15 📖

One day, every one of us will stand before Christ.

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive recompense according to what he did in the body, whether good or evil.” 

~ 2 Corinthians 5:10 📖

Imagine the Lord asking:

“𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒊𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒅𝒐 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒊𝒇𝒕𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝑰 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖?”

What will our answer be?

Will we offer Him a life spent loving, serving, and glorifying His holy name?

The Parable of the Talents reminds us that God expects us to use faithfully what He has entrusted to us. The servant who buried his talent was rebuked because he wasted the gift that had been given to him (Matthew 25:14–30).

Our salvation is a gift of God’s grace, but true faith always bears fruit in love and good works.

“So also faith of itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” 

~ James 2:17 📖

So don’t be lazy in prayer.

Don’t be lazy in serving.

Don’t be lazy in loving.

Use every gift God has placed in your hands while there is still time.

Every act of kindness, every hidden sacrifice, every sincere prayer, every soul you encourage, every person you help, and every humble act of service offered for Christ has eternal value.

Live each day so that when you stand before Jesus, you may hear these beautiful words:

“Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. Come, share your master’s joy.” 

— Matthew 25:23 📖

Everything you have is a gift from God.

Everything you do should bring glory to Him.

Use your gifts not to make your name great, but to make the name of Jesus known.

Because one day, the Giver will ask what you did with everything He entrusted to you.
